We create Padel roofing structures in laminated wood, covered in polyester double-coated PVC sheets, with measures requested by the customer.
__ < p> MECHANICAL RESISTANCE AND QUALITY

All the wooden elements that make up the straight beams and the glulam arches are assembled and verified to meet the mechanical strengths (UNI EN standards 14081). The anchoring plates and hinges and all the CE certified heavy steel carpentry, which constitutes the roof, are hot-dip galvanized to make it stainless and resistant to atmospheric agents (EN 1090-1 standards). Each Padel cover project is specifically designed to obtain a minimum and maximum height that allows FIT homologation, but above all allows performing indoor playing comfort. Our construction system also includes a roofing project with wooden arches that develop on the long sides of the field, this solution gives the playing environment a pleasant architectural value. We deliver the structural calculations and drawings of the Padel cover in relation to the installation area and in compliance with the regulations of the (NTC 2018) included in the price.

COVER AND OPENING COVER < / p> __
The upper cover and side curtains are made of polyester coated in PVC of 720 gr / sqm. The side sliding opening curtains, which can be opened on all four perimeter sides of the cover, are equipped with a double track system, which allows easy sliding opening. During the spring / summer periods, the structure open on all four sides for a height of 4.20 m, allows you to enjoy excellent ventilation and a view of the outside much appreciated by the players. Our construction system also includes the lamellar wood arches developed on the long sides of the field. This project gives the structure a pleasant architectural value. All covers are equipped with double exit and safety doors. Where necessary and required, we apply a double PVC double-coated polyester sheet to improve insulation and reduce energy consumption.
