The Mantoflex padel courts, two trellis models and three panoramic models, have the size of 10 x 20 meters, with a height that varies from 3.0 to 4.0 m. The foreseen size of the perimeter curb in reinforced concrete, necessary for anchoring the plates, makes the total footprint of the padel court 10,80 / 11,00 x 20,80 / 21,00 meters.

MECHANICAL RESISTANCE

The quality, strength and flexibility of the structural aluminum alloy guarantee high durability of the Padel structure, from oxidation and from all the mechanical actions to which it is subjected. The galvanized steel anchoring plates, equipped with inserts fixed in the CE certified structural aluminum trusses, create a mechanical collaborating combination that makes the double load-bearing structure very resistant, durable and flexible. All fixing systems in stainless steel and clamping of the electro-welded mesh panels and tempered safety glass, 12 mm thick or stratified tempered glass with a thickness of mm. 6.64, CE certified, have been designed with mechanical systems consisting of simple and perfect fixing rails and gaskets, which give the structure elegance and the maintenance of perfect coplanarity of the internal walls, an indispensable condition for safe use. At the end of the work, you will be given the various certifications and structural calculations of the Padel court you purchased, in compliance with the international EN and Italian NTC 2018 standards.

DISSIPATION OF EFFORTS

The structural aluminum trusses with high resistance and controlled flexibility allow greater dissipation of stress during impacts on the tempered safety glass. All Mantoflex padel courts are equipped as standard with 18 tempered safety glasses, height 3.0 x 2.0 meters, 12 mm thick or stratified tempered, 6.6.4 mm thick, CE certified.

The Mantoflex erbasint special Padel surfaces are made with straight or textured polypropylene or polyethylene fibers, with a height of mm. 11 to 17 mm, density from 40,000 to 56,000 dots / m2. Colors: green, red, blue, purple. Other colors on request.
